Now that we're in our new house we figured it was about time to move our kiddos off the floor and up into beds. We've moved our kids from a crib into twin beds around the age of 18 months, but we've also kept the beds on the floor and that worked out great while we were in the old house. But we figured it was about time that we got regular beds for them so thinking ahead we went and purchased bunk beds, the kind that can be used as two separate beds or as bunks. For now we'll use them as separate beds but if we need bunks for the future we're already set!
The kids were so excited about their new beds and wanted to be apart of the action. Zeke was no exception and wanted to help his dad build them as well. So as Nathan began putting the beds together he let Zeke help him out and with each step he'd let Zeke try to do a bit more by himself so by the end Zeke was doing it all on his own! (he's growing up way too fast!)
For now we have them in the same room, the girls' room, since Papa and Grandma were coming for Christmas and eventually we'll put them in their own rooms.
