After our restful, relaxing and fun time at my Aunt and Uncle's cabin in Wyoming we once again headed out at midnight, this time heading for Papa and Grandma's house. Because we were fitting so much in in our 2 and a half week vacation our time at each place was short but sweet. We arrived in Vegas around noon on Sunday and headed out Tuesday morning for California. We enjoyed the sun and pool at Papa and Grandma's house and even fit in a tour of Papa's job and a quick trip to the shooting range. Thankfully we had a few times to see Papa and Grandma throughout our trip which really helped the kids. On our way to Disneyland Tuesday morning we stopped to see Great Grandma and Great Grandpa also known as GG. Cousin Taylor stopped by to play with Zeke, Kenzie and Janessa as well. It was a sweet little stop to see family!
So here are some pictures from our time at Grandma and Papa's house.
We headed out Monday afternoon to check out Papa's job that had recently been flooded and was in the process of being fixed. Ironically the next day after we left for California it was flooded again.
While we were there checking it all out the kids had a great time seeing and climbing on the equipment that Papa drives.
Then Zeke, Nate and I headed with my Dad to the shooting range to fire a couple of their guns before the sun went down. We had such a great time, and Zeke really enjoyed watching us.
Tuesday morning Grandma piled into the van with us and we headed to California. On our way to Disnayland we stopped at Great Grandma and Great Grandpa's house to visit them. My Aunt, cousin and her daughter came over to see us and let Taylor play with Zeke, Kenzie and Janessa. The kids had a great time together and although it was a short visit, like all our other time spent with family, it was very sweet.
